In the litigious society we live in, odds are that every attorney will have at least one ethical complaint during her/his career. Depending on the area of practice, some will have more than one. This CLE will provide commonsense tips to avoid disciplinary proceedings in the first place or handle them if they cannot be avoided.

*Event will be submitted for 1 CLE credit hour to the Puerto Rico Supreme Court.
To become a member of the PR Chapter you have to pay the membership and specifically include the PR Chapter.
The fee that is paid to the District Court of PR does not include membership to the FBA PR Chapter.
