Corporate Espionage with Jacabed Rodríguez Coss, Meléndez, Torres Law, PSC
Ms. Rodríguez-Coss will cover the Economic Espionage statutes, their elements, and the type of evidence necessary to prove these offenses through a case study based on U.S. v. Dylan Sparks, et al, a case she prosecuted. She will also outline areas of concern for defense attorneys and address how to protect the intellectual property rights of clients who fall victim to Economic Espionage.
